Wellness is more than just diet or exercise; it’s an all-encompassing concept that takes into account mental, emotional, social and spiritual health along with physical fitness. If you want more wellness in your life (who doesn’t?) there’s no better place to learn about how to get it than Santa Monica’s “Well-Being Buy Local Festival.”

A Great Resource for Health Enthusiasts

Hosted by The City of Santa Monica and Buy Local Santa Monica, The Well-Being Buy Local Festival celebrates health, fitness and everything that goes into adding “well-being” to your life.  This festival gives attendees the opportunity to shop at local health vendors, watch demonstrations, try product samples and even get screened for various ailments.

The event takes place at the Santa Monica Civic Center’s outdoor area on Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 11am until 4pm, and over 4,000 attendees are expected this year.

Along with all of the exhibitions and main portions of the festival there are also some fun extras including music and even a competition comprised of local personal trainers attempting to earn the title of “Santa Monica’s Finest Trainer.”
