Celebrate Chicago’s commitment to being the best city for bicycling!

“More and more people are biking on our streets and lakefront path, whether it is to ride to work, to the store, or just for fitness,” Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel said. “Bicycling is a reliable, fast, affordable, healthy and great form of transportation that all residents, young and old, can utilize and enjoy.”

The City of Chicago and Goose Island Beer Company presents the 21st annual Chicago Bike Week, promoting biking as an alternative form of transportation. Running from June 10th through the 14th, Bike Week is part of Bike Chicago—a year-long celebration of Chicago’s commitment to become more bicycle friendly.
