Jim Sichta, CHA

Some simply call him "Chief" for the sake of brevity, but he is quick to respond to other assigned monikers such as "Jimbo" or "Big Guy". Jim's career in the hospitality industry dates back to 1985, where he was driven by ambition and his passion for hospitality. He has received accreditation from the virtual who's who of the industry and has held key positions with Best Western, Intercontinental Hotels, Outrigger Lodging, Princess Hotels, and the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel in Maui Hawaii. Jim rocks an upbeat management style, propelling his teams to great heights and an inordinate amount of high-fives. Rest assured, Jim isn't all just good looks, he has obtained accreditation with the American Hotel Motel Association as a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and graduated with honors from Echols International Hotel School.
